Privacy notice

This notice explains how URBASOFIA S.R.L. uses personal details collected through this website's contact and downloads forms, and how optional website analytics works.

What we collect

Only what you type into a form:

• Contact form: your name, your email address, your organisation if provided, the subject you pick and your message.
• Downloads form: your name, your email address, your organisation and the material you selected.
• Both forms record your consent and the page from which you sent the request.

Alongside each entry the server keeps the date and time, and — so we can stop abuse of the forms — a one-way fingerprint of your IP address and your browser’s user-agent string. The form record does not contain your IP address itself.

Why we collect it

We use form details to answer your request and provide the material you selected, with the permission recorded in the form. We do not sell your details or use them for advertising. Authorised hosting and website support providers may process data on our behalf to operate and maintain the website.

Where it is kept

Form requests are kept in the website's protected database on the URBASOFIA web server. Authorised team members review them in the Site manager's Leads section.

Website statistics and cookies

If you select “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics receives information about the pages you visit, your browser and device, and uses first-party _ga cookies to distinguish visits. We do not send form contents, names, email addresses, URL query strings or URL fragments to Analytics. Google is not contacted for Analytics before you accept. Advertising storage and advertising personalisation remain disabled.

Your analytics choice is saved in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies expire after at most 180 days unless you accept again after your choice expires. Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page to change your choice or withdraw consent; withdrawal stops collection and removes these cookies. Choosing “Only necessary” leaves all website functions available.

Google Ireland Limited provides Analytics and may process data outside the European Economic Area under its applicable data protection terms. Google explains its processing and safeguards at the link below. URBASOFIA and its authorised website provider manage access to the Analytics reports.

Necessary storage and form protection

The website remembers your language and privacy choices in browser storage. The Site manager uses a session cookie for signed-in team members. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to prevent abuse and may process technical information such as your IP address and browser. These functions are separate from optional Analytics.

How long we keep it

For as long as we are in touch about the subject you wrote to us about. Write to us and we will delete your entry — no reason needed.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to withdraw your consent. One email is enough, and we answer within a month.
